Using oil in your hair care routine can help promote healthy hair growth along with other tips such as avoiding excessive heat, getting regular trims, and eating a healthy diet. While there are various remedies that can help with hair growth, oils are a popular choice due to their moisturizing and nourishing properties. Some oils that have been shown to promote hair growth include rosemary, pumpkin, lavender, peppermint, and tea tree oil. These oils can help improve scalp hydration and reduce inflammation, creating a favorable environment for hair growth. When applying oil to your hair, it’s important to remember that a little goes a long way. A few drops massaged into the scalp when the hair is damp can work wonders.
