Russian attacks in Ukraine on August 13 resulted in the deaths of at least five civilians and injuries to at least 25, including children. Other regions, including Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Vinnytsia oblasts, also faced attacks, although no casualties were reported in these areas. Ukrainian air defense successfully intercepted 30 out of 38 attack drones launched by Russia overnight. These drones were launched from various Russian locations, marking the first time Ukrainian soldiers’ presence on Russian soil has been confirmed.
