Krispy Kreme is celebrating the 2024 Paris Olympics by offering $1 donuts for a limited time as part of their “Go for the Glaze” Olympics promotion. The promotion started on July 31st and will be available while supplies last. Members of the rewards loyalty program can also get $1 Original Glazed donuts in stores, via the website, or app on August 1st. In addition to the $1 donuts, Krispy Kreme has released a new Go USA collection, featuring a dozen donuts iced in patriotic colors and designs, including the Original Glazed, Chocolate Iced Glazed with Sprinkles, and Go USA.
The Go USA collection is also available individually and in three- or six-packs for customers who don’t have a serious sweet tooth. Along with the Olympic-themed donuts, Krispy Kreme is also offering a Passport to Paris collection, featuring Parisian-inspired flavors such as Créme Brûlée, Double Chocolate Éclair, and Raspberry and Vanilla Créme donuts. Dave Skena, the global chief brand officer for Krispy Kreme, expressed that the Passport to Paris collection is a way for customers to enjoy delicious donuts with Parisian dessert flavors, even if they can’t be in Paris to cheer on their country’s team.
Both the Go USA and Passport to Paris collections are only available at select locations for a limited time.
