Ezra Frech, a 19-year-old para-athlete with congenital limb differences, is on the verge of making his second Paralympic Games with Team USA. Despite missing most of his left leg and fingers on his left hand, Frech has excelled in para-athletics, nearly medaling in the T63 long and high jump events at the Tokyo Paralympics. He went on to win gold in Paris in 2023 and silver in Kobe, Japan in 2024 in the T63 high jump. Frech’s success on the athletic stage has allowed him to raise awareness and give back to his community through his charitable endeavors. He co-founded Angel City Sports in 2013, a non-profit organization that provides adaptive sports opportunities for individuals with physical disabilities and visual impairments. The organization offers free equipment, coaching, and competitive opportunities to those in need.

After the Paralympics, Frech plans to attend the University of Southern California.
