Chris “The Bear” Fallica, a FOX Sports wagering expert, is sharing his real wagers, known as “Bear Bets,” for the 2024 Copa América. The tournament will take place from June 20 to July 14 in the United States. Argentina and Brazil are two of the favorites to win, despite some differing opinions. Fallica has identified some futures bets he is making before the tournament kicks off. He believes that Argentina, as the reigning world champions, is a deserving favorite to win the tournament. Fallica is betting on Argentina to win the Copa América and finish first in Group A, with Chile in second place.

In Group B, Fallica is taking a shot by predicting that Ecuador will finish first and Venezuela will finish second. He believes Mexico’s recent struggles may continue in the tournament. Fallica sees Ecuador as a solid and consistent team that may be worth a play to win the group. Jamaica is considered the weakest team in the group, and Fallica anticipates a competitive match between Mexico and Venezuela to determine the second team to advance to the quarterfinals. He is betting on Group B to finish with Ecuador in first place and Venezuela in second place.

Fallica has also made a prediction for the Player of the Tournament, selecting Julian Alvarez as his pick. While Lionel Messi is a well-known name, Fallica believes Alvarez will shine in the tournament and elevate his status to superstardom. With impressive statistics from his domestic season, Alvarez is expected to make a significant impact in the Copa América. Fallica is betting on Alvarez to win the Player of the Tournament title.

For the team expected to score the fewest goals in the tournament, Fallica has chosen Costa Rica. He believes they will struggle against strong opponents like Brazil and Colombia in their group, leading to a less than stellar performance in terms of goal-scoring. Fallica predicts that Costa Rica will have a challenging and short-lived stay in the tournament. He is betting on Costa Rica to score the fewest goals in the Copa América.

Chris “The Bear” Fallica has a long history of covering sports, particularly college football. However, he also enjoys wagering on other sports like NFL, soccer, golf, tennis, MLB, NHL, and horse racing. Fallica recently won the inaugural Circa Football Invitational and has finished in the top 10 of the Golden Nugget Football Contest. He is a multiple-time qualifier for the NHC Handicapping Championship. Fallica emphasizes the importance of smart betting and encourages his followers to limit their bets to maximize their winnings. Fans can follow him on Twitter @chrisfallica for more insights and updates on sports betting.
