Fire officials have determined that a massive explosion that destroyed a duplex in Arlington, Virginia in December was intentionally caused by the homeowner, James Yoo, who died in the incident. On the morning of the incident, Yoo threw garbage onto his lawn, including empty bleach bottles, before firing flares out of the back window of his duplex.
