According to the provisions of Article 11 (c) of Law No. 5442 on Provincial Administration, individuals, groups, or persons likely to participate in illegal actions and events are not allowed to enter our province and districts, to leave individually or collectively, and to use the route of our city by coming from other cities for crossings to the specified locations.
