Perimenopause is the period leading up to menopause that typically lasts between four and eight years. Signs and symptoms of menopause include changes to the menstrual cycle, hot flashes, changes in libido, difficulty sleeping, mood swings, weight gain, and vaginal dryness.

Understanding and addressing the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause is essential for women to navigate this phase of life effectively. By recognizing signs such as changes in the menstrual cycle, hot flashes, and mood swings, women can seek appropriate support and treatment to manage these symptoms. Incorporating supplements like multivitamins and omega-3 can provide additional support for energy, mood, and overall health during menopause. By staying informed and proactive, women can embrace this transition with confidence and vitality.
