A 10-year-old boy in Texas has confessed to a murder that occurred over two years ago, but due to state law, he cannot be charged with the crime. The boy shared information that had not been made public regarding the slaying of Brandon O’Quinn Rasberry, who was found dead in his RV with a gunshot wound to his head. Rasberry had only been living in the RV park for four days before his body was discovered by authorities. Investigators believe that Rasberry had been dead for two days before he was reported missing by his employer.
