The NFL season is a third in, with some things being cleared up about teams but there are still some unresolved questions. For instance, the performance of the Ravens and the Lions has been impressive and has caused them to move up in the rankings. The Vikings’ Sam Darnold has currently outperformed his previous seasons, with fewer interceptions and more touchdowns, but questions remain on whether he can maintain this momentum. Similarly, the Ravens’ offense currently seems unbeatable, with Lamar Jackson performing better than the previous season. However, Derrick Henry, despite being a running back, is also a potential MVP contender within the team.

The Detroit Lions’ recent win against the Cowboys was received with mixed feelings. The team performed remarkably, even leading to the sidelining of the NFL’s sack leader Aidan Hutchinson due to an injury. Hutchinson’s loss may make the season tougher for the Lions. For the Chiefs, questions surround their choice of a wide receiver. Currently, JuJu Smith-Schuster is the most proven receiver but hasn’t had a successful season in the last three years. The team’s focus on a third consecutive title makes it improbable for them to remain comfortable with the current wide receiver position.

Possibility exists that Texans’ Tank Dell may step up in the future. Despite having a rough start this seasons, Dell’s recent performance against the Patriots shows glimpse of promise. However, with Nico Collins injured, the team needs to start getting ready for the playoffs and therefore needs Dell to be at his best. Washington Commanders have a unique advantage – they score on 61.82% of their drives, the highest in the NFL since 1999. However, Kliff Kingsbury, the offensive coordinator, has seen his teams collapse in previous seasons, raising the question of whether a similar fate awaits this season.

The Green Bay Packers have shown exceptional performance in recent games, making it surprising that the team is often left out of conversations. A loss they suffered recently, however, came from a team that has retained a top position in hierarchies. Questions loom for the Arizonans, too, over quarterback Josh Allen’s interception-free run this season, especially considering his playing style and previous seasons’ performances. Furthermore, the Falcons’ recent performances has led to the question of whether they’re a good team. Their victories in the last three NFC South games and the significant contributions of Bijan Robinson, Drake London, and Kyle Pitts against Carolina indicate a solid team in the making.

The San Francisco 49ers have a big question mark over whether their running back, Christian McCaffrey, will play this season. Despite the 49ers managing to perform well with Jordan Mason, who’s second in league rushing, McCaffery provides a distinct problem for opponents. In the case of Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Mike Evans’ slow start to the season is becoming a concern. Despite this, Evans, based on his career performance, could reach Larry Fitzgerald’s record – 17,492 receiving yards, the second-highest of all time. The 49ers, LA Rams, Arizona Cardinals, and Buffalo Bills also face significant questions as the NFL season progresses.
