A car driven by Feridun Aytepe collided with another car driven by Sefer Dal on the Çanakkale-Çan road at the 15th kilometer in Ahlatlıburun village. Upon receiving the news, the gendarmerie, firefighters and health teams were dispatched to the scene.
The injured drivers Feridun Aytepe and Sefer Dal, as well as passengers Seyfettin Damar, Azra Dal, Didem Dal, Özge Şen, İkra Şen, and Miray Şen were taken to Çan State Hospital by health teams.
The collision occurred as a car driven by Feridun Aytepe headed towards Çan from Çanakkale while another car driven by Sefer Dal approached from the opposite direction. The exact cause of the accident is still under investigation by the authorities.
Both vehicles involved in the accident suffered significant damage as a result of the collision which took place at the Ahlatlıburun village junction on the Çanakkale-Çan road.
The injured individuals are currently receiving medical treatment at Çan State Hospital. The gendarmerie is working to determine the cause of the accident and ensure the safety of the road for other motorists.
