Some people who spent the Bayram holiday in their hometowns or holiday resorts are still on their return journey. In the Bolu section of the highway, there are occasional traffic jams in locations such as Gerede, Yeniçağa Köroğlu ramps, Rüzgarlı, Dağkent, Abant Junction, Elmalık, Bolu Mountain Tunnel, and Gerede-Black Sea Connection road towards Istanbul. Due to the traffic density on the highway, drivers using the D-100 road also experience congestion on this route at times.

In Istanbul, the traffic congestion on the Istanbul-Izmir highway, Osmangazi Bridge, and roads continues due to the Ramazan Bayram holiday. Holidaymakers traveling from the southern Marmara Region and the Aegean Region to Istanbul and surrounding cities are causing traffic on the highway. There are traffic jams at times in Yalova and Bursa on the way to Osmangazi Bridge, and long lines of vehicles are observed in Gemlik-Orhangazi locations.

Traffic congestion is experienced in the Kocaeli section of the North Marmara and Anatolian Highways as well as on the D-100 road. On the last day of the Bayram holiday, long vehicle queues formed on the North Marmara and Anatolian Highways due to holidaymakers returning to Istanbul. Drivers heading towards Istanbul are causing traffic congestion in the Izmit, Dilovası, and Gebze sections of the North Marmara Highway. Traffic is also moving slowly at the Gültepe section of the Anatolian Highway and the Izmit city center section of the D-100 road.

In the Düzce section of the Anatolian Highway, there is still vehicle movement towards Istanbul. Traffic has increased at the Üçköprü, Kaynaşlı, and Düzce toll booths. Traffic is flowing smoothly at the Bolu Mountain Tunnel exit and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th viaducts. The traffic flow on the routes towards Ankara is normal, and an increase in return traffic is expected on Saturday and Sunday.

The “Key Intersection,” which is a connection point for the roadways of 43 provinces and is located in Kırıkkale, has seen an increase in traffic due to people returning to their hometowns for the Bayram holiday. Especially on the Kırıkkale-Ankara and Kırıkkale-Samsun roads, traffic congestion has caused slow movement of vehicles, and traffic police are working to ensure smooth transportation. Road maintenance crews have temporarily closed some intersections on the Kırıkkale-Ankara road to ensure normal traffic flow. An increase in traffic congestion on the road is expected on Sunday.
