Legendary quarterback Tom Brady recently met with top picks in the 2024 NFL Draft over brunch in Los Angeles, hosted by billionaire Michael Rubin. Among the attendees were Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, Malik Nabers, Brock Bowers, Bo Nix, and Drake Maye. Photos and videos from the gathering, including one of Brady with Maye, quickly went viral. Brady emphasized the importance of prioritizing the team over individual success to the incoming rookies, sharing advice from his 23-year NFL career.

In a video shared on social media, Brady spoke about the difference between being a star and a champion, advising the rookies to have high expectations for themselves. Brady also met with J.J. McCarthy, the No. 10 overall pick of the Minnesota Vikings, at a separate Fanatics event. Both quarterbacks share a bond as former Michigan quarterbacks, with Brady publicly praising McCarthy during his time leading the Wolverines to a national title. As Brady begins his role as lead analyst with NFL on FOX, he may have the opportunity to broadcast games featuring the rookies he met with.

Brady’s upcoming broadcast schedule with FOX has not been fully revealed, but select games, including a Week 1 matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and Cleveland Browns, and a Week 7 Super Bowl rematch between the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers, have been announced. Brady will be the lead analyst for “America’s Game of the Week” alongside play-by-play announcer Kevin Burkhardt and sideline reporters Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi. Fans can expect to see Brady analyze and provide insights into games featuring top NFL teams and players in the upcoming season.
