Titans star Brenton Thwaites and his longtime partner Chloe Pacey are expecting their fifth child, as announced by Thwaites on Instagram. The couple already has four children together, Birdie, Peppa, Rosie, and Banjo. Thwaites humorously mentioned the possibility of having a sixth child in the caption of the announcement post. The couple got engaged in July 2023, and Chloe revealed on her podcast that they conceived on the same night. Thwaites and Pacey have been together since 2015, and their children have all come two years apart.
Thwaites played Dick Grayson/Robin on Titans from 2018 until the show ended in 2023. He will soon be appearing in an upcoming movie adaptation of the famous Australian song “How to Make Gravy” by Paul Kelly. Thwaites and Pacey have never actively tried to prevent having children, and the timing of their pregnancies has been somewhat planned but also spontaneous. All of their children have been born two years apart, and the couple seems to be following a similar pattern with their fifth child. The due date for the new baby has not been announced.
The announcement post featured Thwaites with his arm around Pacey’s shoulder, with one hand on her baby bump. Thwaites jokingly mentioned his closed eyes in the photo caption, adding humor to the announcement. Pacey, in a floral print dress, seemed happy and content in the photo, indicating their shared joy at the news of their expanding family. Thwaites expressed his pride in Pacey for being a great mother and admired her unapologetic nature.
The couple has maintained a level of privacy in their personal lives, choosing not to announce their engagement on social media to avoid a generic announcement. Their relationship began in 2015 while Thwaites was filming “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.” Thwaites’ dedication to his family and his upcoming movie project showcase his commitment to both his career and his personal life. The couple’s openness about their experiences and journey to expanding their family adds a personal touch to their public announcement.
