These buildings are built to be highly durable and practical for the residents. He also mentioned that the key handover of these units will take place on October 29.
In addition to housing units, Özaydın highlighted that the new construction project will include amenities such as children’s parks, playgrounds, mosques, schools, and other social facilities to meet the needs of the residents. With the promise of timely completion and delivery of these units, the residents can look forward to a brighter future despite the challenges they have faced.
Overall, the construction projects undertaken by TOKİ in Başlamış Mahallesi and Erzin demonstrate a commitment to improving living conditions for residents affected by natural disasters. By building earthquake-resistant housing units and incorporating various amenities to enhance the quality of life for the community, the authorities are working towards creating a more resilient and sustainable environment for all. The completion of these projects will not only provide shelter for those in need but also contribute to the overall development and revitalization of the region.
