Idris Ekinci, a resident of Batman, captured the attention of social media with his plea to the thief who stole his bicycle. In a video shared online, Ekinci respectfully addressed the thief, asking for his bike to be returned.
Despite his plea, the thief did not return the bicycle. However, Batman Police Department had good news for Ekinci, as they were able to identify the suspect and recover the bicycle.
The police located the suspect and retrieved Ekinci’s bicycle, which was promptly returned to its rightful owner. Ekinci expressed his gratitude to the authorities, including Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya, Governor Ekrem Canalp, and the police officers who worked on the case.
Ekinci had originally stated that if his bicycle was found, he would gift it to someone in need. Prior to the recovery of his bike, the Batman Governor kindly gifted Ekinci a new bicycle and Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya purchased all the raw materials for Ekinci’s business to support him during this time.
True to his word, Ekinci decided to donate his recovered bicycle to someone less fortunate. In this way, Ekinci’s story has not only highlighted the importance of kindness and generosity but has also brought the community together in support of each other.
