According to the latest predictions from the Turkish Meteorology General Directorate, the weather is going to get warmer. While the temperatures in the northern and eastern regions are expected to be around seasonal norms, it is forecasted that the southern, inland, and western regions will be a few degrees above the seasonal norms.

Meteorologist Kenan Yüksel announced that there is expected to be some dust transport in some regions, warning the citizens to be cautious. He stated, “Today in the Aegean and Western Mediterranean regions, and on Tuesday in the Aegean Region, we expect light dust transport. Due to this, there may be a decrease in air quality, reduced visibility, mud-like precipitation during rainfall, and health problems, so it is necessary to be careful and take precautions.”
Yüksel also mentioned that intermittent showers are expected in the inner and southern regions of the country until mid-week. He said, “We expect rain on Monday in the southern and western parts of Central Anatolia, the inner parts of the Mediterranean, as well as in the vicinity of Afyonkarahisar, Gaziantep, Kilis, Kars, Ardahan, Van, Hakkari, and Bitlis. On Tuesday, we expect localized showers and thunderstorms in the Eastern Mediterranean region, the southern parts of Southeast Anatolia, and the eastern parts of Eastern Anatolia. The rain will also become more widespread from Thursday onwards.”
