On September 28th, a fight broke out in Maçka Park after police officers were called to the area in response to a report of a disturbance. It was determined that an argument ensued after a person walking their dog without a leash was warned by onlookers.
After investigating the incident, it was found that the owner of the dog had assaulted two individuals, identified as C.E. and G.K., who had warned them about walking their dog without a leash.
The suspect, identified as D.Ö., was apprehended by the police at their residence in Şişli. The individual was taken into custody and later transferred to the judiciary on charges of “intentional injury”, “threatening”, and “insulting” offenses.
