In September 2023, Jonas filed for divorce from Turner after four years of marriage, leading to a legal battle over custody of their daughters. Turner sued Jonas, requesting that the children return to the U.K. and claiming he was preventing them from traveling to England to be with her. The couple reached a temporary custody arrangement in October 2023, agreeing not to take the kids out of the U.S. while negotiations continued.
Turner, who has since moved on with aristocrat Peregrine Pearson, filed to reactivate the divorce case after their temporary custody agreement expired in March. Despite the legal proceedings, both Turner and Jonas are reportedly working towards an amicable resolution for the sake of their daughters.
