Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new lawsuit that alleges his son, Christian Combs, sexually assaulted a woman named Grace O’Marcaigh while she was working as a steward on a yacht chartered by the music mogul at the end of 2022. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, accuses Christian Combs of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and infliction of emotional distress. Sean Combs is also being sued for premises liability and aiding and abetting his son in the alleged assault. This is just the latest in a wave of lawsuits accusing Combs of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and criminal activity, which he has denied.

O’Marcaigh alleges that Christian Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her while on the yacht, which had become a “hedonistic environment” with partying, drug use, and suspected sex workers. She claims that Christian pressured her to drink shots of tequila, which she believes were spiked, and then became aggressive and groped her. The suit includes audio recordings where O’Marcaigh can be heard declining alcohol, trying to leave the studio, and asking Christian Combs to stop touching her. The situation escalated until Christian allegedly tried to force her to perform oral sex on him, causing bruising on her forearm.

Following the alleged assault, O’Marcaigh’s mental health deteriorated, and she experienced anxiety, panic attacks, suicidal ideations, and physical health issues. When she complained to the yacht captain the next day, he reportedly did not believe her and failed to investigate, leading to retaliation and her termination in May 2023. O’Marcaigh is seeking unspecified damages and hopes her story will inspire others to come forward. The lawsuit also claims that Christian Combs sexually harassed producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who worked for Sean Combs and witnessed alleged criminal conduct.

Since November, Sean Combs has been accused of sexual assault by four women, with one suit already settled. One accuser, producer Jones, alleged that Combs pressured him into sexual acts, sexually harassed him, and forced him to procure sex workers. Federal agents have conducted searches of Combs’ properties in Los Angeles and Miami as part of a sex trafficking investigation that existed before this year. The investigation is looking into allegations of statutory rape against Sean Combs, with at least three women and one man interviewed regarding sex trafficking, sexual assault, and other criminal activities.

Combs’ attorney, Aaron Dyer, has stated that there has been no finding of criminal or civil liability in relation to the allegations made against his client. Dyer emphasized that Combs is innocent and will continue to fight to clear his name. The lawsuit filed by O’Marcaigh against Christian and Sean Combs is just one part of a larger legal battle they are facing as more allegations of sexual assault and criminal behavior continue to surface. The outcome of the investigation and lawsuits remains to be seen as the legal process unfolds.
