Sean “Diddy” Combs was seen engaging in a call outside his Miami mansion shortly after news broke that his son, Christian “King” Combs, had been sued for sexual assault. The rapper was photographed in a neutral expression with an orange towel wrapped around him, appearing to take the edge off by drinking a beer during the conversation. Over the past week, Diddy has been taking his legal issues in stride, being seen smoking and drinking at his South Florida home, as well as going for a bike ride around town. This time, however, it is his son who is under fire.

A woman named Grace O’Marcaigh sued Diddy, claiming that his son groped her multiple times at a yacht party thrown by Diddy in 2022. O’Marcaigh, who was working as a steward at the party, also alleged that an “intoxicated” King pressured her to drink. Attorney Tyrone Blackburn called the situation “like father, like son,” while lawyer Aaron Dyer, representing both King and Diddy, criticized Blackburn for allegedly improperly filing cases to garner media attention. Dyer stated that they will be filing a motion to dismiss the claim.

In addition to the call, Diddy took time to troll on social media, posting a clip from his 1997 music video for “Victory” on Instagram. The post showed him running from the cops, with Diddy captioning it “Bad Boy For Life.” Diddy’s Miami and LA homes were recently raided by Homeland Security in connection to a possible sex-trafficking investigation. Diddy’s sons Justin Combs, 30, and King, 26, were detained during the search at the West Coast property, and the investigation is still ongoing.

Diddy’s lawyer Aaron Dyer criticized the raids as a “witch hunt,” and condemned the excessive use of force during the search. The ongoing investigation comes as Diddy is facing several lawsuits, including one filed by a male former employee named Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones accusing him of sexual assault. Additionally, in November, Diddy settled a lawsuit with his ex-girlfriend Cassie, who accused him of rape and abuse. The active investigation and legal battles add to the rapper’s current troubles.

The news of Diddy’s son being sued for sexual assault further complicates the rapper’s already tumultuous legal situation. With ongoing lawsuits and investigations, Diddy is facing multiple challenges. The situation is heightened by the recent raids on his properties and the involvement of his sons in the Homeland Security investigation. Diddy’s attorney has criticized the handling of the raids and the treatment of his clients, adding to the drama surrounding the rapper and his family. The ongoing legal battles and investigations are painting a complex picture of Diddy’s personal and legal troubles.
