Riley Keough recently visited Graceland in Memphis to promote her mother Lisa Marie Presley’s posthumous memoir, “From Here To The Great Unknown.” During the event, Keough did an interview with Nicole Richie at the famous Graceland, once the home of Elvis Presley. She was also seen with her grandmother Priscilla Presley, who shared insights about her life with the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll. The memoir covers Lisa Marie’s love for her father, struggles after his death, romantic relationships, motherhood, the death of her son Benjamin in 2020, and the birth of Keough’s daughter Tupelo.

Keough, 35, looked stylish in a white dress while on stage at Graceland, and was photographed with Priscilla at various locations on the property. Despite past disputes over Lisa Marie’s trust and will, their relationship seems to be on the mend. In January 2023, Priscilla filed a petition to challenge an amendment to Lisa Marie’s will, but they have since resolved the legal issues. Keough was named the sole trustee of Lisa Marie’s estate, with Priscilla serving as trustee for Lisa Marie’s half-brother Navarone Garibaldi. Financial arrangements were made to settle the dispute.

The tour to promote Lisa Marie’s memoir includes special guests at each stop, with Nicole Richie moderating the event in Memphis. The tour will take Keough to several locations, including St. Louis, Nashville, London, and Los Angeles. Keough was able to finish her mother’s book using recordings Lisa Marie had done before her death, and even narrated the audiobook along with Julia Roberts. Elvis Presley, Lisa Marie’s father, died at the age of 42 in 1977, while Lisa Marie herself passed away at the age of 54 in January 2023. Keough has four more stops on the book tour as she continues to promote “From Here To The Great Unknown.”

Despite past disagreements over Lisa Marie’s estate, Keough and Priscilla seemed to be in good spirits during the Graceland event, hugging it out on stage as a sign of reconciliation. Priscilla has always had plenty to say about her life with Elvis and Lisa Marie, and the family is working to move forward and find clarity following the chaos that ensued after Lisa Marie’s passing. Keough, as the trustee of Lisa Marie’s estate, will now be responsible for managing the finances and assets for her younger twin sisters, Harper and Finley Lockwood, with Priscilla overseeing the trust for Navarone Garibaldi.

The event at Graceland featured Priscilla sharing her insights into her life with Elvis and Lisa Marie, providing context for the memoir that Keough helped complete. The family has come to an agreement on the distribution of Lisa Marie’s estate, with both Keough and Priscilla taking on trustee roles for different parts of the trust. The book tour will continue with Keough visiting various locations to promote the memoir and share insight into her mother’s life and legacy. Despite the challenges and legal issues surrounding the estate, the family is moving forward with a sense of unity and reconciliation.
