Cleveland Browns – Shedeur Sanders, QB, ColoradoThe Browns also need a quarterback, so they take Sanders, the clear second-best quarterback in the draft. New York Giants – Travis Hunter, WR/CB, ColoradoThe Giants need quarterback most but decide to settle for Hunter, a great consolation prize. He can help them both at receiver and corner as at worst second options at both positions.4. New England Patriots – Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn St.The Patriots don’t need an edge rusher that badly, but taking arguably the best player in the draft at four shouldn’t be passed up on. If left tackle is deemed too important, a trade down is possible as well.5. Jacksonville Jaguars – Mason Graham, DT, MichiganThis pick just makes too much sense for the Jaguars. Las Vegas Raiders – Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise St.With a huge need for more skill players, the Raiders take Jeanty, who besides possibly Hunter, is the best skill player in this draft. New York Jets – Armand Membou, OT, MissouriThe Jets help out Justin Fields and replace Morgan Moses at right tackle. This pick, like the Graham pick for the Jaguars, feels like a no-brainer.8. Carolina Panthers – Tyler Warren, TE, Penn St.The Panthers have solid young weapons for Bryce Young and add another one. Warren can be used in a multitude of ways and will be an elite check-down option and blocker to help the Panthers offense tremendously.9. New Orleans Saints – Jaxon Dart, QB, Ole MissDart is rising up draft boards due to the need at quarterback for multiple teams, with the Saints being one of them. A trade down is very possible in this scenario, but Dart would be a great pick, albeit a reach, for the Saints.10. Chicago Bears – Will Campbell, OT, LSUThe Bears take a left tackle and the best player on the board at pick 10, a great combination for head coach Ben Johnson. Campbell could turn into a guard eventually, but he would start at LT in this scenario.

The Falcons desperately need pass rush help, which Walker provides along with some extra versatility as a linebacker.16. Arizona Cardinals – Mykel Williams, EDGE, GeorgiaAnother Georgia defender, Williams also has great potential. The Cardinals need pass rush help, and adding pass rushers in the draft is almost always a good strategy.17. Cincinnati Bengals – Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&MStewart serves as a replacement for Trey Hendrickson if he is traded, but in the short term, he can be a great complement on the opposite side of the defensive line as a raw prospect with great potential.18. Seattle Seahawks – Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, TexasBanks Jr. is a potential guard as well, so he will slot him wherever the Seahawks think they need him most. At one point considered a top tackle prospect during the draft process, Banks will help protect new QB Sam Darnold.19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Jihaad Campbell, LB, AlabamaA fast riser right now, Campbell serves as a good young replacement for Lavonte David in the future but can help the team right now as well. The Buccaneers have good pieces on offense but need more youth on defense.20. Denver Broncos – Matthew Golden, WR, TexasAnother huge riser in the NFL draft prospect rankings goes right after in Golden, a speedy receiver out of Texas. The Broncos need help on the perimeter alongside Courtland Sutton.21. Pittsburgh Steelers – Omarion Hampton, RB, North CarolinaAfter letting Najee Harris go in free agency, this pick makes a lot of sense. Hampton would dominate most touches, but he and Jaylen Warren would form a nice duo out of the backfield.22. Los Angeles Chargers – Colston Loveland, TE, MichiganThe Chargers need more weapons beyond Ladd McConkey, and get a great one in Loveland. While receiver would feel like more of a need after losing Josh Palmer to the Bills, tight end also would help tremendously here.23. Green Bay Packers – Kenneth Grant, DT, MichiganThe Packers need help on the defensive line, so this pick would make perfect sense. The Packers may also consider receiver help or secondary help, but no option stands out.24. Minnesota Vikings – Nick Emmanwori, S, South CarolinaThe Vikings continue to rework their secondary by adding a young safety. With Harrison Smith getting up there in age, a future replacement would be nice to have to go along with their free agent acquisitions at corner.25. Houston Texans – Grey Zabel, OT, North Dakota StateThe Texans desperately need offensive line help, so they take the best available in the draft. Zabel has versatility too, which should help plug holes depending on who else they add.26. Los Angeles Rams – Trey Amos, CB, Ole MissThe Rams have a good young defense front but could use some young talent on the back end. They do that by adding Amos, who has good size and speed to man the perimeter.27. Baltimore Ravens – Maxwell Hairston, CB, KentuckyThe Ravens could also use help in the secondary, adding the third guy out of the last four. Having to compete with the Bills and Chiefs at the top of the AFC will mean secondary help will always be useful.28. Detroit Lions – Mike Green, EDGE, MarshallThe Lions could use youth on the defensive line after suffering injuries last season, and get that with Green. Green was a riser early in the draft process and has cemented himself as a solid first-round pick.29. Washington Commanders – Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio St.The Commanders add another Ohio State receiver alongside Terry McLaurin. Egbuka doesn’t stand out as a clear top receiver, but the Commanders won’t need that with McLaurin and Deebo Samuel in the mix.30. Buffalo Bills – Derrick Harmon, DT, OregonThe Bills could use help on defense, which Harmon can provide both as a pass rusher and run stopper on the interior. The Chiefs also could use DT, so stealing him from them is an added bonus.31. Kansas City Chiefs – Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio StateThe Chiefs need help on the offensive line, which was clear based on the Super Bowl. They added help in free agency, but more help is still needed to block speedy edge rushers and protect Patrick Mahomes.32.
