Tongues will be clucking.

KFC will open a new spinoff concept called Saucy in Orlando on Monday — emphasizing the brand’s chicken tenders and an array of sauces.

“Everyone is obsessed with sauce — more is more,” KFC representative Christophe Poirier said.

Saucy will have 11 dips to pick from — in a nod to the number of herbs and spices in Colonel Sanders’ original recipe.

He added that the experimental venture intends on letting “customers play with flavor” by offering flights and mixes of sauces.

Customers will be able to choose from chimichurri ranch, teriyaki, jalapeno pesto, and creole honey mustard, among others.

The menu will offer treats like crispy sandwiches on sweet Hawaiian rolls and crinkle cut fries along with chicken tender offerings.

For dessert, there is key lime pie and chocolate mousse and several lemonade and ice tea variations to quench your thirst.

The move comes as the poultry sector of the fast food market has been heating up, with chicken competitor Raising Cane’s going nationwide — industry watchers have suggested that Saucy could be KFC parent Yum Brands’ attempt to snag market share.

KFC also follows McDonald’s, which opened up the successful spinoff concept CosMc’s last December in double digit locations.

The new concept will also “debut programming such as live entertainment, making it the perfect community epicenter,” according to KFC.

“Saucy is unlike anything else in the market, and the experience it provides is in a class of its own,” added Poirier.

He also said the team will “envision limited-edition sauces, trend-inspired sauces and sauces created in response to changing taste buds” as time goes by.
