Jennie Garth got “real honest” with her fans this week, admitting to them that she’s “struggling” with the “daily minefield” of menopause.

The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum, 52, shared an Instagram video of herself exercising in the gym and fanning herself from overheating and wrote that she’s been “struggling with working out recently.”

“My travel and work schedule, my body pain, not to mention menopause is a daily minefield, both physically & mentally,” she wrote.

“Here’s the deal… i stay motivated by FORCING myself to workout. i know i’ll always feel better from doing it. but recently it just feels like my body is fighting against me at times.”

Garth said she has to “remind” herself to show her body some “grace” because of all the changes taking place inside of her.

The “A Time to Dance” actress concluded her candid message by thanking her personal trainer for having patience and understanding her “beautiful, hard-working body.”

The “Without Consent” star also discussed menopause with specialist Dr. Mary Claire Haver during the Aug. 6 episode of her podcast, “I Choose Me With Jennie Garth.”

The two dove deep into topics such as night sweats, joint paint and the “negative connotation” that comes with menopause.

“Menopause is something that half the population is going to go through,” Garth shared at the end of the segement.

“I’m just really happy to be a part of the conversation and to use my platform to de-stigmatize this because it’s something as women we shouldn’t be ashamed to talk about.”
