Rise and grind.

An influencer’s intense morning routine has sparked a backlash as viewers note how ridiculous and unrealistic it is.

Ashton Hall, a fitness influencer and self-styled life coach, went viral when he posted a clip guiding viewers through how he begins his day.

According to the video, the former football player begins his day at 3:53 a.m. by removing a sinus strip from his nose and mouth tape from his lips — which some people claim helps them to get a good night’s rest by reducing sleep apnea symptoms.

He then brushes his teeth and rinses with bottled water.

Hall then goes outside to his balcony for a few minutes, taking in the view and stretching his body. He then comes back inside to journal and watch a motivational video.

At about 6 a.m. he dunks his head into a bowl of ice water, then gets dressed for the gym, which appears to be located in his apartment building — and by 6:30 a.m., he’s on the treadmill

Hall powers through a run and then heads up to his roof at 7:30 a.m. for a swim and some relaxing time in the water.

After his pool time, he goes back to his apartment for a shower around 8:30 a.m.

He eats a banana and then rubs the peel on his face — something people claim helps their skin — and then splashes more water on his face.

He gets dressed and then sits at his desk at 9 a.m. when another bowl of ice water is placed in front of him for him to dunk his head into.

Hall then begins to work while a woman makes breakfast for him and serves him at his desk around 9:30 am.

The clip went viral on X after it was shared by the account @tipsformenx. Many people were not impressed.

“This is not life,” someone commented.

“Bro woke up at 4 a.m. in the morning to spend 6 hours bullsh-tting,” someone else replied.

“This is comedy gold,” another said.

Meanwhile, @Jakey parodied Hall’s video by appearing in a video in which he starts his day at 11:30 am vaping, drinking the dregs of a Red Bull and eating ice cream for breakfast on his couch.

The video has since been spoofed by several viewers with their own versions of Hall’s extreme more routines, such as Angel Jimenez, who pretended to wake up at 4 a.m. and complete a litany of unrealistic tasks — do push-ups, a cold plunge, cook a meal, go for a run, do more push-ups, shower and work out at the gym — all in the first 30 min of the day.

@Jakey parodied Hall’s video with a slacker schedule — starting his day with vaping at 11:30 a.m., drinking the dregs of a Red Bull and eating ice cream for breakfast on his couch.

He titled the building “fitness influencers be like” poking fun at how much some content creators claim to do in their mornings.
