They hit the hotel jackpot.

Katrina Wright, who goes by @katrniaw on TikTok, revealed how she scored a penthouse hotel room during her recent trip to Las Vegas, Nevada.

In the 35-second clip, which has over 12 million views, Wright captures footage of the moment she and her partner opened the double doors to their luxurious room at Caesar’s Palace.

“When the hotel accidentally gives you the penthouse instead of the $47 room you booked,” video text overlay read.

The grayscale modern penthouse has a massive layout, including a dining area, living space, a bedroom, bathrooms, marble flooring, and ceiling-to-floor doors.

Despite Wright booking the $47 room on Hotwire, the Caesar’s Palace penthouse Wright ended up with, Palace Tower Premium Suites, can cost over $4,000 a night.

Throughout the video, the California couple is hysterically laughing and snorting in disbelief that their $47 got them such a grand room.

The duo wandered around the massive penthouse, needing help finding the bedroom.

“Won the [grand prize] in hotwire lottery,” Wright, the owner of Crystal Bar Soap, wrote.

Many people online were gobsmacked by the major upgrade, comparing it to the penthouse in Hangover.

“This looks like the penthouse from the hangover,” admitted a watcher. “Bigger than my house.”

“I would lowkey cancel all my plans to stay at the penthouse the whole time,” commented another.

“There’s a billionaire couple somewhere standing in a $47 room all confused,” added one person.

“God, I’ve seen what you’ve done for others,” begged a user.

However, a few hotel workers online say the penthouse upgrade isn’t as uncommon as many think.

“I worked in hotels like this. They know what they did, and I guarantee they were smirking when they gave you the room, knowing they made your day,” confessed a user.

“My favorite thing when working at hotel was gifting random upgrades. Those rooms rarely sell, mind as well make somebody’s day,” confessed a former hospitality worker.

“This is the same thing to me! LOL, I booked a room at Caesar’s for $67; fave me a penthouse,” gushed a former Caesar’s Palace guest.
