Dr. Paul Nassif’s new arrival is here.

The “Botched” star’s wife, Brittany Pattakos, gave birth to the couple’s second child on Thursday at 12:59 a.m., the proud parents exclusively told Page Six.

Their baby boy, named Paul Michael Nassif Jr., was born 9 pounds and 10 ounces.

Paul and Pattakos confirmed she and Paul Jr. “are safe and sound” and that their hearts “have never been fuller.”

“Our family is complete and we’re so excited to begin this new chapter together,” they added. “Thank you for all of the love, prayers and well wishes.”

The plastic surgeon, 62, announced via Instagram in July 2024 that they had a son on the way.

“SURPRISE! We’re having a… BOY!!!!” he gushed to his followers. “We can’t wait to meet you & we love you so much already, Baby Nassif!”

At the time, his partner posted a sonogram to social media and revealed her January due date.

Pattakos became a mom in October 2020 when she and Paul welcomed daughter Paulina, now 4.

The little one was born one year after her parents’ Greece wedding.

When the duo tied the knot in September 2019, Pattakos gained three stepsons, whom Paul co-parents with ex-wife Adrienne Maloof.

The former couple married in May 2002 and welcomed Gavin, 21, and twins Colin and Christian, 18, before calling it quits in 2012.

Paul revealed to E! News in August 2023 that he and the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 63, talk “five or six times a week” while raising their boys.

The following month, Maloof gushed to Bravo’s “The Daily Dish” about her and her ex’s “fine” dynamic.

“All we care about is making sure our kids are being raised properly,” she said in October 2023. “That’s the most important thing. … Status quo.”
