2. Indiana HoosiersThe Indiana Hoosiers are another team that was left out of the field. Just like West Virginia, they were one of the first four teams out.Unlike other teams that were left out, the Hoosiers didn’t have any Quad III losses. Those losses are some of the worst kind of losses you can have in a college basketball season.Indiana had wins over Michigan State and Purdue to go along with two wins over fellow bubble team Ohio State. They felt like they were going to be in the field in Mike Woodson’s final season with the team.3. Boise State BroncosBoise State should not have been one of the first four teams out, either. They deserved to make the field after finishing the season 24-10.They are the team that had the most wins that was left out of the NCAA Tournament. Of all of the bubble teams, no one came close to their 24 total wins.Playing in the Mountain West seemingly killed the Broncos’ chances of making the NCAA Tournament. Had they been able to beat Colorado State in the Mountain West Tournament, they probably would have made the Big Dance.More Newsweek: Expert Predictions For Midwest Bracket in 2025 Men’s NCAA TournamentFor more College Basketball news and rumors, head on over to Newsweek Sports.
