Pax Jolie-Pitt’s mouth was “filled with blood” after he got into a terrifying e-bike crash last week, an eyewitness claims.

Lola Cavalli, one of the first people at the scene of the accident to assist Pax, told “Entertainment Tonight” that the 20-year-old’s main injuries appeared on his head.

“I didn’t see any broken bones, I did not see, like, profound bleeding, so to speak, and since I was directed to apply pressure at the site where it was bleeding, I did not see where I could apply the pressure, because it was on the head,” she explained.

Cavalli noted that it wasn’t “a lot of blood … like a fountain of blood rushing out” but revealed the college student’s “mouth was filled with blood.”

“When he was trying to speak, I saw a little tiny stream of blood coming out of the mouth,” she told the outlet.

Paramedics arrived on the scene and transported Pax, who is one of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s six kids, to the hospital where he sought treatment in the intensive care unit.

An insider told Page Six Monday morning that Pax was released from the ICU but would continue his recovery at home with his mom and siblings by his side.

“He suffered complex trauma, and now begins the long road of recovery and physical therapy,” the source shared.

The source said that Pax and the “Maleficent” star, 49, are “deeply grateful for the quick and life-saving action of first responders, and the outstanding medical care he received.”

Another source previously told Page Six that Pax’s pals were worried about the celebrity progeny because he had been in multiple e-bike accidents prior to last week’s ordeal.

“His friends are concerned about him,” an insider told us exclusively. “He’s being reckless. They’re worried.”

We were also told Pax has been “consistent” about never wearing a helmet on the vehicle despite his rocky riding history.

A third source in the know of Pax’s vehicular history told us that he’s also had trouble with cars.

“He has had a string of car crashes,” the source claimed. “It’s not great. Pax is a troubled kid, and Angelina is doing her best to help him.”
