Kim, the founder of Gracious Hospitality Management, expressed his excitement for combining his passion for food and tennis at the upcoming event.

Food enthusiasts attending the US Open will have a variety of options to choose from, including Chef Kwame Onwuachi’s Tatiana, an Afro-Caribbean fine dining eatery. Onwuachi, a James Beard Award-winning chef and author, sees the US Open as a significant event for New York City and is eager to showcase his food and culture to a wider audience. Aces, the fine-dining restaurant at the US Open, will feature dishes like curry king crab and grilled fish prepared by renowned chefs like Ed Brown and Masaharu Morimoto.

Kiosks offering a range of cuisines will be set up at the US Open, providing attendees with an array of culinary choices. Chefs like Alex Guarnaschelli, David Burke, and Josh Capon will be among those presenting their specialties. Popular establishments such as Champions by Benjamin’s Steakhouse, San Matteo NYC, and Dos Toros Taqueria will also have a presence at the event. The competitive spirit among the chefs participating in the US Open’s food offerings adds to the excitement surrounding the event.

Kim’s Coqodaq will have exclusive offerings at the US Open, including a “golden nugget” with caviar and a truffle/24-carat gold variation called ‘black gold.’ For elite food enthusiasts, a golden nugget set served with caviar and custom-made mother of pearl spoons will be available. In addition to these offerings, Kim and his team are working on developing unique US Open sauce options and frozen yogurt flavors to enhance the dining experience at the event.

This event, scheduled to take place inside Louis Armstrong Stadium on August 22, offers a preview of the culinary delights available at the US Open. Tickets for the event are priced at $184 per person. The United States Tennis Association and Levy, the hospitality partner, are responsible for organizing the festivities surrounding the US Open.

In other culinary news, Quatorze, a long-standing restaurant in New York City, is launching a bar menu for the first time in its 40-year history. The establishment is introducing an Apéro and a new bar menu that includes classic French dishes like market crudité and steak tartare. Additionally, Chef Daniel Boulud will be offering a special “Boulud Sur Mer” South of France summer menu at his restaurants worldwide, complete with rosé pairings from Château d’Esclans through Labor Day weekend.
