In the past week, a total of 39 suspects were targeted in operations by the District Gendarmerie Command in the Altıeylül, Ayvalık, Burhaniye, Edremit, Gömeç, Havran, İvrindi, Karesi, Marmara, and Susurluk districts. The confiscated items included 2,969 narcotic pills, 1,705 grams of marijuana, 70 grams of hemp seeds, 56 hemp plants, 50 grams of bonzai, 20 grams of methamphetamine, 2 precision scales, 9 drug using devices, an air conditioning system, 11 agricultural chemicals used for cultivation and enhancement, 120 kilograms of chopped tobacco, 113,300 cigarettes, 10,600 macaroni, a cigarette rolling machine, 7 unlicensed pistols, 4 unlicensed hunting rifles, 6 pistol magazines, 415 bullets, a digital material, and a total of 54,000 Turkish lira, 300 dollars, and 10 euros believed to be obtained from criminal activities.
