Ankara Public Prosecutor’s Office announced that Serdar Öner, who had completed the procedures at the police station within the scope of the investigation, was released pending trial considering the current evidence situation. It was reported that a travel ban and judicial control measure were imposed on Öner.
The statement indicated that there are still 7 suspects in custody as part of the investigation, and that digital material examinations of all the suspects are ongoing.
It was stated in the statement that the MASAK report regarding the suspects has been obtained, and the procedures for taking the suspects’ statements are being carried out by the Ankara Provincial Security Directorate TEM Branch.
The statement emphasized that the investigation is being carried out diligently and carefully.
