Nick Cannon and Abby De La Rosa revealed on World Autism Awareness Day that their 2-year-old son, Zillion, has been diagnosed with autism. They shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, expressing their love and admiration for their son’s unique qualities. The couple emphasized the importance of understanding and acceptance for families dealing with autism worldwide.

The actor and radio personality also have twins, Zion and Zillion, as well as a daughter, Beautiful. A video posted by the couple showed their children participating in a festive Easter celebration, with Cannon dressed as the Easter Bunny. The family could be seen enjoying an egg hunt together, with Zillion displaying excitement as he collected light-up eggs. Cannon expressed his love for Zillion in a comment on the post.

De La Rosa shared her own thoughts on her experience with Zillion on her Instagram Story. She opened up about the challenges she has faced over the past year while advocating for her son and juggling various responsibilities. De La Rosa also mentioned how the Easter egg hunt was designed to cater to Zillion’s sensory needs, emphasizing his enjoyment of the activity.

In addition to Zillion, Cannon has other children from previous relationships. He spent time with all his children over the weekend, even bringing his bunny costume to entertain them. Cannon is a father to a total of 11 children, including twins with Mariah Carey, as well as kids with other partners. Tragically, he and Alyssa Scott lost their 5-month-old son, Zen, to a brain tumor in December 2021.

Over the weekend, the couple visited St. Mary’s Children’s Hospital to honor Zen by participating in an event called Zen’s Light Easter Egg-stravaganza. This gesture was a way for them to remember their son and celebrate his life. Despite the challenges they have faced, Cannon and De La Rosa continue to show love and support for all their children, including Zillion, who has recently been diagnosed with autism. Their message of acceptance and compassion resonates with families worldwide dealing with similar circumstances.
