Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, the founder of Banda and husband to Princess Beatrice, has unveiled the design and development studio’s latest project, a luxurious London townhouse with a private subterranean swimming pool and custom furnishings. This lavish residence is on the market for £42 million and is located within the Chelsea Barracks residential development. The five-bedroom townhouse spans 10,000 square feet and is being offered fully furnished, with a neutral color palette and natural materials throughout.
