On a recent episode of SmackDown, William Regal went behind the scenes to inform two wrestlers, Marcus Mathers and Sam Hardway Holloway, that they were now a part of the WWE ID program. Both wrestlers were scouted from independent wrestling promotions and appeared grateful for the opportunity. Mathers, who hails from Game Changer Wrestling (GCW), has competed in various promotions such as AEW Rampage and PROGRESS Wrestling. Holloway, on the other hand, was scouted from International Wrestling Cartel (IWC) and has wrestled for Beyond Wrestling and Freelance Wrestling, among others.
