Surveillance cameras captured country singer Morgan Wallen allegedly throwing a chair over a rooftop bar railing in downtown Nashville, leading to his arrest on Sunday night. Despite the video not showing who exactly threw the chair, eyewitnesses at the bar claimed that Wallen was the one responsible. Staff members stated that Wallen even laughed after throwing the chair, according to local reports.

Footage obtained by TMZ showed a chair flying from the top floor of Chief’s Bar on Broadway and landing near police officers. Despite the chair surviving the fall from six stories, Wallen was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. Police were able to verify the claims of the bar’s staff after reviewing security footage from inside the honky-tonk, showing Wallen throwing an object over the roof.

After the alleged incident, police officers arrested Wallen and he was taken to the police station, where he was seen smiling at fans and for his mugshot. Wallen’s bond was set at $15,250 and he was released from Davidson County Jail a few hours after the arrest. Wallen’s attorney stated that he is cooperating fully with the authorities and the country singer is expected to appear in court on May 3.

It was reported that Wallen may have been upset after his ex-fiancée KT Smith married another man the week before the incident. Sources revealed that Wallen has never gotten over Smith, despite their breakup, and the marriage may have hit him hard. Another source claimed that the outburst was not related to Smith’s new relationship status, but rather something else that triggered Wallen. Smith had announced her engagement to Luke Scornavacco just five days before getting married, surprising not only her followers but also Wallen.

Wallen’s recent behavior has left fans and the public speculating about the reasons behind his actions. The country star’s emotional state and personal life seem to have been at the center of attention following his arrest in Nashville. Despite the incident, Wallen continues to engage with his fans and is focusing on his upcoming court appearance to address the charges against him.
