TRT Haber reporter Fatih Tüysüz’s car, driven by TRT News Artvin Correspondent Fatih Tüysüz, collided with rocks on the side of the road at the 12th kilometer of the Artvin-Erzurum highway. The accident resulted in injuries to the driver, as well as the owner of Çoruh Postası Newspaper, Tolga Gül. Both individuals were provided with initial medical care at the scene by 112 Emergency Health teams and then transported to Artvin State Hospital.

Despite receiving treatment, Gül, who was also the former President of the Artvin Journalists Association, succumbed to his injuries.
