Disturbing video footage shows a crazed woman hitting a man with her car, backing over him, then getting out of the car to kiss his lifeless body and stab him repeatedly. The suspect has been identified as 20-year-old Karon Fisher, described as a transgender woman. The victim, Steven Anderson, 64, was struck by a white vehicle while picking up mail in his Houston neighborhood on May 3. Witnesses captured the incident, showing Fisher reversing her vehicle and hitting Anderson a second time before straddling and stabbing him.

As witnesses began to emerge, some began filming the horrifying scene while one person brought out a pillow to cover Anderson’s body. The video then shows Fisher returning to the scene to flip Anderson over, straddle him, kiss his body, and stab him nine times. wearing a black bra and high-waisted black shorts, she then attempted to get into another car before walking over Anderson’s body and leaving the scene on foot. This shocking and disturbing act left the witnesses horrified and in disbelief.

Neighbors in the area expressed their shock and fear at what had occurred, mentioning that such a violent act happening in broad daylight was frightening, especially considering there were children in the neighborhood who could have witnessed the incident. Fisher was arrested and charged with murder, evading arrest with a vehicle, and assaulting hospital personnel, according to Harris County records. Despite being identified as male in court records, police referred to Fisher as a woman.

At the time of her arrest, Fisher was on community supervision for evading arrest in 2023 and had previously been charged with prostitution in 2021, although the case was dismissed. A court date was set for May 24 to address the charges against Fisher and begin to determine the next steps in the legal proceedings. The shocking nature of the crime has left the community in disbelief and led to increased concerns about safety in the neighborhood, with many people reflecting on the tragic events that occurred on that fateful day in May.
