Plans have been submitted for a third and final tower as part of Mirvac’s “Sky Precinct” in Newstead, standing at 105.2 metres and housing 138 units. The tower would consist of 85 two-bedroom units, 42 three-bedroom units, 10 four-plus bedroom units, and one sole one-bedroom unit.
