Having held multiple CEO titles, served on numerous boards of directors, and invested in numerous businesses, Ricks brings a wealth of experience to his new role. His track record includes leading start-ups and larger companies like Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, which had 1,200 locations and $650 million in revenue.
