Reality TV star Lala Kent recently purchased a $3.1 million mansion in the San Fernando Valley. The five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home is located inside a gated community and features a two-bedroom guest house in the backyard. The main home boasts double-height ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, and an indoor-outdoor floor plan. The outdoor space includes a pool, sports court, outdoor kitchenette, and firepit, making it perfect for entertaining. Despite being sober, the home also features a wine room.

Kent, who previously lived in an apartment with her 3-year-old daughter Ocean, announced the purchase of her new home on her podcast, “Give Them Lala.” She expressed her excitement at being a homeowner and the feeling of security that comes with having her own space. Kent joked about the security of apartment living but mentioned that her daughter is enjoying the new space, especially her own playroom. She shared glimpses of her lavish new home on Instagram, showing off a mostly neutral color palette and modern decor.

Kent has decorated her new home with a black-and-white photo of horses above a modern gray couch, which she believes elevated the space. She plans to eventually swap out her leopard print accent chairs for something different to complete the look. Despite acquiring a new home, Kent also owns a luxurious vacation pad in Palm Springs, which she considers her sanctuary. She enjoys spending time in the desert and believes there is nothing like it. Most of Kent’s “Vanderpump Rules” co-stars live in the Valley, but Ariana Madix recently moved to the Hollywood Hills.

Kent’s new 4,103-square-foot mansion in the San Fernando Valley features a beautiful outdoor oasis that seamlessly flows into the main living space. The property is an entertainer’s dream with its pool, sports court, outdoor kitchenette, and firepit. While Kent has expressed some concerns about security, she is enjoying the feeling of owning her own home and providing a safe space for her daughter. Despite the jokes about the odds of getting robbed, Kent is focused on creating a comfortable and stylish environment in her new home, which she refers to as her “real adult home.”

Kent shared her excitement about her new home on social media, showcasing her decorating choices and sharing her love for the desert sanctuary she owns in Palm Springs. She has created a cozy and stylish space for herself and her daughter, filled with modern decor and neutral colors. With her expanding brood and real estate portfolio, Kent continues to focus on her family and providing them with a welcoming and secure environment. By balancing her busy reality TV career with her personal life, Kent is embracing the next chapter in her life with excitement and gratitude for her blessings.
