Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing serious charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution, and is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. The rapper has pleaded not guilty and was ordered held without bail. Meanwhile, Ashley Cordero, whose husband was killed at the same facility, is speaking out about the poor conditions at the detention center, warning Diddy to be careful due to the dangerous environment. Ashley describes the prison as disgusting, with rats running through it, and urges Diddy to keep to himself and not trust anyone in the facility.

After her husband’s death, Ashley has been left with many questions as to the circumstances surrounding his tragic passing. She reveals that she has not received much information from the authorities other than that he was fatally injured in a brawl and stabbed in the upper part of his chest. Given the violent incidents that have occurred at the Metropolitan Detention Center, Ashley advises Diddy to try to transfer to a different prison that may be safer. She highlights the impact that her husband’s death has had on their two young children, with her daughter asking about her father and her baby never getting to know him.

Andrew Dalack, a lawyer who previously represented Ashley’s late husband, called his death “senseless and completely preventable.” He criticized the conditions at the Metropolitan Detention Center as being overcrowded, understaffed, and neglected, labeling it as “hell on earth.” A federal court judge also expressed concern over the dangerous and barbaric conditions at the jail, threatening to vacate the sentence of a man convicted of a tax scam if he were sent there. Diddy’s arrest came amidst his sexual assault lawsuits and a federal investigation, with his attorney speaking out against what they believe to be an unjust prosecution.

Following Diddy’s indictment, a 14-page document was unsealed accusing him of a pattern of abuse towards women and others, including hosting “Freak Offs” which involved orchestrated sex performances using force, threats, and coercion. Allegedly, Diddy and the victims received IV fluids and drugs to recover from these acts. Evidence of the “Freak Offs” was discovered in Diddy’s Miami and Beverly Hills residences during raids, leading to the seizure of narcotics and large quantities of baby oil and lubricant. The documents paint a troubling picture of Diddy’s alleged involvement in these activities, adding to the legal challenges he faces.
