Her work aims to interrogate the legacy of American myth-making related to race, sexuality, and violence, using satire and archetypes to challenge dominant narratives and existing dissonances. The show will be on display until December 14.

Etēline is a new showroom in NYC that focuses on showcasing French designers who have not been previously represented in the United States. Founded by Olivier Gautschoux and Nicole Scott, both alumni of Holly Hunt, Etēline describes itself as a collective of talents, featuring about two dozen designers, artists, and artisans. Their first free-standing showroom, The Skyline at Etēline, is now open to the public in the Starrett-Lehigh Building, with pre-shopping available on their website.

The iconic Four Seasons Hotel, housed in an I.M. Pei-designed building, has reopened in New York City after undergoing renovations. The Billionaire’s Row property has been updated and features a familiar lobby layout, including a bar called the Ty Bar and a restaurant called The Garden. The hotel is set to add extended stay accommodations and update the fitness center and spa by 2025.

Casa Tua, a culinary empire created by Miky and Leticia Grendene over 20 years ago, has expanded to New York City with a location on the Upper East Side. The restaurant, lounge, and private members-only space were designed by Michele Bonan, offering a Mediterranean-focused menu and a unique atmosphere to nearly 3,000 members. Miky expressed a desire to bring new energy to the area with the addition of Casa Tua’s New York iteration.
