Police operations carried out by the District Security Directorate teams in March resulted in the capture of 64 suspects involved in using and selling drugs. As a result of the operations, 560 grams of narcotics, 140 synthetic drug pills, and an amount of 60,000 lira believed to be obtained from drug sales were seized.

Among the detainees, 10 individuals who were found to be involved in drug sales were taken to court after completing the necessary procedures at the police station. These individuals were later arrested by the court. The police operations were part of the ongoing efforts to crack down on drug trafficking and drug abuse in the district.

The District Security Directorate teams have been vigilant in their efforts to combat drug-related crimes and have made significant progress in apprehending individuals involved in drug trafficking. The seized drugs and illicit funds are essential in disrupting the drug distribution network and dismantling the criminal organizations involved in drug trafficking.

The collaboration between law enforcement agencies and the judiciary has been crucial in prosecuting those involved in drug-related crimes and ensuring that they face the consequences of their actions. The strict measures taken by the authorities serve as a deterrent to others who may be considering engaging in drug trafficking activities.

The District Security Directorate has urged the public to report any suspicious activities related to drug trafficking and to avoid involvement in drug use or sales. By working together with the community, law enforcement agencies can better protect society from the harmful effects of drugs and prevent future criminal activities.

Overall, the recent police operations have been successful in apprehending individuals involved in drug trafficking and sending a strong message that drug-related crimes will not be tolerated in the district. The authorities remain committed to maintaining law and order and ensuring the safety and security of the community.
