An ambulance team trying to reach a chain traffic accident involving 5 vehicles in the Ankara direction also shared the difficulties they faced on social media due to vehicles violating the emergency lane.

49 vehicles were fined for violation
In addition, the teams of the Regional Traffic Control Branch of the Provincial Security Directorate conducted drone-supported inspections to identify vehicles violating the emergency lane in the traffic intensified due to accidents.
Teams determined that some drivers were using the emergency lane to progress faster in congested traffic, and applied a total of 315,511 lira in administrative fines to 49 vehicles.
Furthermore, it was reported that a total of 34,500 lira in administrative fines were issued to 50 vehicles for stopping and parking in the emergency lane without necessary reasons.
