Sean “Diddy” Combs is seeking to dismiss one of the sexual misconduct lawsuits he is facing. Court documents obtained by TMZ show that Diddy filed a motion to dismiss Jane Doe’s 2023 lawsuit, claiming that the incident she alleges never occurred. Diddy’s attorneys argue that the new pleading fails to state a viable claim and must be dismissed to protect the Combs Defendants from reputational injury. The court motion states that the plaintiff cannot provide specific details about when the alleged incident occurred, casting doubt on the validity of her claims.

The anonymous woman, using the pseudonym Jane Doe, sued Diddy in December 2023 for misconduct, alleging that she was sex-trafficked and gang-raped by the music mogul in 2008 when she was 17 years old. Diddy denied the allegations in a statement to Us Weekly, calling the claims sickening and stating that he did not do any of the awful things being alleged. Despite denying the allegations, Diddy has not publicly addressed the dismissal request for the lawsuit.

Prior to Jane Doe’s lawsuit, Diddy was accused of rape and physical abuse by ex-girlfriend Cassie. Diddy denied the allegations, and the lawsuit was settled one day later. Since then, several other individuals have come forward with misconduct allegations against Diddy, all of which he has denied. In March, news broke that Homeland Security had raided Diddy’s residences in Los Angeles and Miami as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation. Diddy was not present during the raid and has not been arrested or charged with a crime.

Diddy’s lawyer, Aaron Dyer, condemned the search warrants executed at Diddy’s residences, stating that there was a gross overuse of military-level force and hostility by authorities. Dyer also expressed concern about the treatment of Diddy’s children and employees during the raids. While Diddy has faced legal challenges and public scrutiny as a result of the allegations against him, his attorney is maintaining his innocence and fighting to protect his reputation and legacy. Any individual who has been sexually assaulted is encouraged to contact the National Sexual Assault Hotline, and those who are victims of human trafficking can reach out to the National Human Trafficking Hotline for support.

Despite the legal battles and allegations surrounding him, Diddy has not wavered in his denial of the accusations. He has consistently maintained his innocence and fought back against what he perceives as attempts to undermine his character and legacy. As the legal proceedings continue, Diddy remains steadfast in his commitment to clearing his name, protecting his family, and seeking the truth in the face of various challenges and accusations.
