Katie Price has reportedly been hit with a second eviction notice, giving her until May 29 to vacate her beloved Mucky Mansion in Dial Post, West Sussex. The former glamour model was declared bankrupt for the second time after failing to pay over £750,000 in unpaid tax. The eviction order from Horsham County Court instructs Katie and any other occupiers to leave the property with their belongings by the specified date and time. Despite this, Katie’s sister has insisted that she will not be kicked out of the property, and a spokesperson for the star has denied that she will be evicted at the end of the month.

Katie Price purchased the property in Horsham, West Sussex, in 2014 for £1.35 million, but it subsequently fell into disrepair. Her attempts to renovate the property were documented on her Channel 4 show, “Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion.” The photos of the 10-acre estate show overgrown weeds and a pool covered in green slime. Katie is reported to be considering moving into a caravan amidst her housing drama while searching for a rented property with her boyfriend, JJ Slater. However, her spokesperson has denied these claims and stated that she will not be evicted.

Katie recently claimed that she had been signed off from appearing in court for mental health reasons after missing her last bankruptcy hearing in April to go on holiday with JJ Slater. The court was told that Katie had anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Despite facing financial troubles, Katie defiantly claimed that her home was safe and that she owns it herself, despite her bankruptcy status. A court had previously sought an income payment order, requiring Katie to part with a portion of her monthly earnings to pay off her debts.

In 2019, Katie was declared bankrupt with debts of £3.2 million from her failed company, Jordan Trading Ltd. She set up the company in 2003 to oversee her perfume and cosmetics line but faced financial difficulties. In 2022, she was due to attend court to explain why she had failed to repay millions to creditors, but the hearing was adjourned with no reason given for her absence. In March 2024, Katie was once again declared bankrupt over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05, and she faced eviction from her home in May 2024 after being served with a notice.

Despite facing financial difficulties and potential eviction, Katie Price remains determined to keep her Mucky Mansion and continue living there. The former glamour model has faced multiple financial challenges and bankruptcy declarations but has vowed to overcome them. Her mental health struggles have also been highlighted, with her citing these issues as a reason for missing court appearances. Despite public backlash and scrutiny, Katie appears focused on addressing her financial issues and maintaining her property.
