A pickup truck under the management of S.A. collided with a car driven by M.A. near the Karadut village junction on the Kahta-Gerger highway. Upon receiving reports from bystanders, health, police, and fire teams were dispatched to the scene.

The accident resulted in injuries to the drivers and 8 other individuals in the vehicles. The injured were transported to Kahta State Hospital by ambulances, with M.E.A., who was in critical condition, being transferred to Adıyaman Training and Research Hospital.
