A car driven by Emine Güven veered off a road in the village of Ormancık, tumbling approximately 150 meters down a cliff.
Upon receiving reports of the accident, the gendarmerie, AFAD and medical teams were dispatched to the area.
The accident resulted in the death of Sefiye Ergin at the scene, while the driver and passengers Havva Erdem, Gülsüm Çiftçi and Dursun Erdem were injured.
With the help of the gendarmerie, AFAD teams, and villagers, the injured individuals were successfully rescued after an hour-long operation.
The injured were then transferred to hospitals in the city for further treatment.
